Soup always hits the spot!
In this recipe, Amanda used munster cheese. Munster cheese is a strong tasting, soft cheese named after a French region Munster where the first rounds of cheese were produced.
A tip: If the soup turns out to be too spicy for you, you can always follow Amanda’s advice and add some lime juice in the soup. Also, you may want to keep these jalapeno seeds out of your dish 😉
